Angel NPC Submission Form
Fill out the form below with the relevant details. I will choose from all the submissions as often as I can to turn them into NPCs featured on my Angel NPCs page. If I'm able to choose your submission, I'll reach out to you via email for reference photos if you wish to provide them.
Though I cannot get to all of them, please know that I will choose from all submitted entries so you don't have to submit more than once if yours is not chosen.

By submitting the form above, you agree to the following:
You are voluntarily providing information to inspire the creation of a fictional character, such as memories or descriptions related to a deceased pet or loved one.
You understand and agree that any characters, narratives, stat blocks, or creative content developed based on your submission will be original works created by John Lee, the owner of DadsRollDice.com.
You grant John Lee a perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, adapt, publish, distribute, and create derivative works from your submission in any format, including online and printed publications, whether commercial or non-commercial.
You acknowledge that John Lee will own the copyright to any character or content derived from your submission, and you waive any claim to ownership, compensation, or credit.
You confirm that the information you submit is your own to share, and that it does not infringe on the rights (including privacy or publicity rights) of any other person.
